No, it is not possible to extend the duration of your contract. Our contract period is fixed at 8 years for all investments. If you want to continue mining after your contract expires, you will need to purchase a new contract.
We use a combination of simple and advanced security measures to protect our platform. To create a mining account, you will use your bitcoin wallet address. When it comes time to withdraw your funds, you must do so using the same wallet address you used to log in to your account. It is not possible to change your withdrawal address. If you lose access to your bitcoin login address, you will lose access to your entire account. In order to access your account, someone would need your bitcoin wallet address. Even if they were able to obtain it, they would not be able to withdraw the funds because the withdrawal address is tied to your account.
The minimum time required for a withdrawal to be processed is 1 minute, and the maximum is 24 hours. However, we will make every effort to send the withdrawal as soon as possible, with a target of completing the withdrawal within 5 minutes.
